Definitions
“Client” means any person or entity engaging Cultivate Property Maintenance for services.
“Services” means lawn mowing, gardening, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, dump runs, tree removal up to 10m, and other general property maintenance tasks as agreed in writing.
​
Quotes & Bookings
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
Prices may vary depending on site conditions, access, or additional tasks requested.
Work will be scheduled once acceptance is confirmed by the client (verbally, by email, or via quote acceptance).
Access & Site Conditions
The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property.
All hazards (e.g. pets, uneven ground, electrical risks, wasp nests, or underground services) must be disclosed before work begins.
If unsafe conditions are identified, work may be postponed or refused.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur administrative fees.
Cultivate Property Maintenance retains ownership of all materials and waste until full payment is received.
Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled job may incur a cancellation fee.
Severe weather or safety risks may result in job rescheduling without penalty.

Liability
All reasonable care will be taken during services.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, hidden hazards, or events beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the service.

Insurance
Cultivate Property Maintenance holds current Public Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance. Certificates of currency are available upon request.

Safety & Insurance Disclaimer
Cultivate Property Maintenance takes workplace safety seriously and follows relevant Queensland WHS laws.
We hold valid Public Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance. Copies of insurance certificates can be provided upon request.

Cultivate Property Maintenance is not liable for damage or injury resulting from concealed hazards, structural weaknesses, or unsafe client-provided equipment.
